With over 21 years of experience as a primary teacher and headteacher, I am passionate about making learning fun and developing essential skills across the curriculum. I believe that a relaxed and comfortable learning environment is crucial to the success of my students. When you feel safe and happy, then you can learn. That's why I offer tutoring sessions in a studio space that is bright, calm and fun. There is an ethos and atmosphere of giving it a go, exploring and discovering.

I believe that learning how to learn is just as important as the subject matter itself. I will teach your young person strategies to retain information and how to discover their own learning style which they can then apply to other learning settings. We will use a wide range of resources to support their learning and make the learning real.
